Role Overview
As Content Producer at EVOCS, you will own and operate the company’s content and narrative engine, translating brand strategy into high-quality, high-impact B2B content that drives pipeline generation and strengthens market authority.
You will align and manage external agencies while ensuring consistent, cohesive messaging across channels such as LinkedIn, PR, outbound, and sales enablement, taking a hands-on yet strategic approach to not only create compelling narratives but also orchestrate a unified content system that supports marketing, sales, and executive thought leadership.
What you will do
In this role, you will own:
Content & Narrative Engine
- Translate brand strategy into clear messaging, content pillars, and themes
- Develop POVs, narratives, and storytelling across key focus areas (e.g. data center, HCM)
- Ensure consistency across all content — internal and external
Content Production (Hands-on)
- Write and produce:
- LinkedIn posts (company + executives)
- Blogs, whitepapers, POVs
- Case studies and sales enablement content
- Email and outbound support content
- Repurpose long-form content (videos, interviews, reports) into multi-format outputs
Agency Orchestration
- Work closely with:
- PR agency (Kite Hill)
- Lead gen agency (Motivational Diaries)
- Branding agency (147)
- Ensure all agencies are aligned on:
- Messaging
- Target audience
- Content direction
- Review and approve all outbound content before publication
LinkedIn & Executive Content Ownership
- Own strategy and execution for executive LinkedIn presence
- Translate leadership insights into compelling thought leadership
- Manage content calendar and posting cadence
- Ensure content supports both brand authority and pipeline generation
Marketing Calendar & Execution System
- Own and manage the centralized marketing/content calendar
- Coordinate timelines across agencies and internal teams
- Ensure deadlines are met and outputs are delivered consistently
Sales & Pipeline Alignment
- Collaborate with Growth/Sales teams to:
- Align content with ICP and buyer personas
- Support outbound campaigns with messaging
- Improve quality of leads through better narrative and targeting
Internal Content Operations
- Work with design team to:
- Execute content assets using new brand guidelines
- Ensure templates and assets are used correctly post-rebrand
- Build lightweight systems for content requests, approvals, and publishing
