As a Product Owner II within PNC's Content Data Management - Hyland OnBase & Seismic organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, or Philadelphia, PA, Cleveland, OH, Birmingham, AL, Chicago, IL, or Wilmington, DE.Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner II to drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of enterprise applications. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to translate business needs into well defined product requirements. The ideal candidate brings strong experience with Hyland OnBase, Seismic (Sales Enablement Platform), Agile delivery, and user centric product development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder priorities.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Write clear and actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with QA teams to define and review test cases, perform testing validations, and support UAT.
• Provide functional guidance and user support for enterprise platforms.
• Drive enhancements related to document storage, workflow automation, and system integrations.
• Support initiatives leveraging Gen AI to improve product functionality and business processes.
• Ensure product solutions meet compliance, scalability, and usability standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Proven experience translating business needs into product requirements.
• Strong expertise in:
o Writing business requirements and technical specifications
o Developing user stories and use cases
o Backlog management and prioritization
• Hands on experience with Hyland OnBase.
• Experience with Seismic (Sales Enablement Platform).
• Experience with testing activities, including test case creation, validations, and UAT support.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications and end users.
• Familiarity with document management and document storage systems.
• Knowledge of Gen AI concepts and applied use cases in product development.
Preferred Skills:
• Coding or programming experience (Python).

Job Description
- Owns the vision and the definition of the product. Serves as the voice of the customer. Provides guidance to concentrate the Scrum Team(s) effort on correct priorities based on business value.
- Defines and conveys the vision to the team(s) in order to address client requirements to meet business objectives.
- Accountable for the creation of and the integrity of the product backlog. Prioritizes and leads grooming of the product backlog.
- Works in partnership with the Scrum Master(s) to ensure items are worked on in accordance with the product backlog. Serves as the primary point of contact for questions from the team(s).
- Accepts delivery of working product from the Scrum Teams(s). Reviews and validates Scrum Team(s) working product. Socializes the delivery of business value and outcomes of the iteration to various stakeholders.

Base Salary: $55,000.00 – $124,200.00Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.Application Window
