As we continue our expansion into the global market in 2026, we’re looking for a high-impact Sales Engineer to support in driving this growth by bridging the gap between our product and our customers’ real-world operations. As a Sales Engineer at Hostaway, you are not just demoing software, you are helping prospects reimagine how their business can run more efficiently, scale faster, and drive more direct revenue.

You’ll partner closely with Account Executives to lead consultative sales engagements, guiding prospects through discovery, workflow analysis, and tailored product demonstrations. Your goal is to deeply understand how property managers operate today, identify inefficiencies or growth blockers, and position Hostaway as the solution that unlocks operational excellence and long-term growth.

About the role

  • Partner with Account Executives to lead consultative, value-driven sales cycles

  • Run discovery and workflow analysis to uncover operational pain points

  • Handle technical questions and objections with confidence

  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding prospects toward scalable solutions

  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer teams to improve positioning

  • Support enablement through demos, messaging, and training

  • Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape
