The Senior Sales Coordinator serves as a key partner to the IFG Sales organization, driving cross-functional alignment, enabling sales effectiveness, and supporting strategic execution. This role actively collaborates with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure priorities are clearly communicated, initiatives are well-coordinated, and projects move forward with speed and clarity.

Working closely with the VP of Sales and Omni Channel Marketing, the Sales Coordinator helps translate business objectives into actionable plans, supports leadership rhythms, and leads coordination of key initiatives and communications across the organization. This individual plays a critical role in enhancing team performance by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve workflows, and elevate overall operational effectiveness.


 

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Sales Leadership with special projects, planning meetings/calendars, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Lead the planning and execution of certain Sales Meetings, including securing internal or external meeting space, making meal/travel arrangements, ensuring technology requirements, negotiating rates, tracking spend against budget, and assisting on-site as needed.
  • Serve as the main lead for all trade shows and events through coordination of booth elements, critical timelines, and acting as the primary contact with external partners and/or agencies.
  • Administratively manage projects, including tracking and reporting the status of multiple key department deliverables by coordinating tasks, timelines, and resources. Ensure project-related documentation is organized and readily accessible.
  • Assists in budget management by helping with PR creation, budget tracking, invoice approvals, and maintaining meeting budgets.
  • Manage the IFG Sales SharePoint site and other electronic filing systems to stay on top of key items that can be referenced and called upon quickly if needed.
  • Partner with the People team, IT, Sales Ops, and hiring managers to provide an irresistible experience across the full Sales employee lifecycle by ensuring they have the equipment, resources, information, and support needed to be successful from onboarding through transition.
  • Manage the corporate vehicle and car allowance programs.
  • Assist with new vendors and/or items set up as needed while serving as a main POC to the Sales Ops team.
  • Own the IFG Sales office space at HQ, ensuring the office space is presentable, providing on-site support to IFG Sales team members, and coordinating visits from external stakeholders.
  • Own and manage the publication, maintenance, and accuracy of product content across internal systems and external retail partner platforms.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned, which are reasonably within the scope of this role.

BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE)

  • At least 3 years of equivalent experience required; preferred administrative assistant support position.
  • High School diploma required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand 35% (amount of time).

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
  • Working understanding of digital literacy; ability to use conventional computer software applications (e.g., Windows, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Email, etc.).
  • Working understanding of general business administration practices and procedures.
  • Proficient in professional writing, meeting summarization, presentation creation skills, scheduling, travel logistics, and event planning.
  • Proficient project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills with follow-up and follow-through.
  • Proficient ability to establish relationships and communicate with all levels of individuals, internal and external to the organization.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% - 15% of the time.

The expected salary range for this role is $80k to $100k. It is IFG's compensation philosophy to attempt to hire at or just slightly below the midpoint to allow for employee advancement. Several factors will ultimately decide the final offer. There is also an opportunity to earn a potential annual bonus.
