Position Summary

  • The Manager – Reporting Analytics & Insights Development will own the design, development, and delivery of enterprise analytics and reporting solutions, translating business needs into scalable data integrations, SQL‑based solutions, and actionable insights
  • Applies strong analytical judgment and data curiosity to interpret complex data, build high‑impact visualizations, and support informed decision‑making across technical and business stakeholders
  • Leverages modern tools—including SQL, enterprise data platforms, visualization tools, and Microsoft Copilot—to improve analytics efficiency, automation, and solution quality while informally guiding peers through best practices

Required Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience with:

  • Demonstrated ability to independently own and solve complex problems, quickly learn new technologies, and drive outcomes as an individual contributor without direct people management
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and clearly communicate insights and recommendations to technical and business stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of enterprise data, data flows, and how analytics and reporting support operational processes and business decision‑making
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into well‑designed, scalable technical solutions, managing deliverables, timelines, and quality with limited oversight
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and enterprise data technologies, including GitHub, Visual Studio, SSIS and SSRS, with hands‑on experience developing, enhancing, and supporting production reporting and data integration solutions
  • Working proficiency with Microsoft Copilot and AI‑assisted tools, including effective prompt engineering and configuring Copilot‑supported workflows or agents to improve analytics efficiency, automation, or business processes within established enterprise governance guidelines
  • Experience creating high‑impact, data‑driven visualizations using tools such as Tableau or Power BI to support analysis, storytelling, and leadership decision‑making
  • Experience working across multiple relational databases and cloud platforms (e.g., Oracle, Teradata, Google Cloud Platform), while effectively managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated data curiosity and a strong desire to understand the “why” behind the data, proactively identifying issues, opportunities, and improvement areas
  • Ability to provide informal technical guidance, share best practices, and support peer development without formal supervisory responsibility

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands‑on experience applying Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, or other AI‑assisted tools to support analytics, reporting, documentation, or workflow automation in an enterprise environment
  • Strong experience designing and delivering data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and/or Power BI, with an emphasis on usability, clarity, and executive‑level storytelling
  • Experience working with healthcare data domains (e.g., claims, pharmacy, clinical, provider, or operational data), including familiarity with data quality considerations and regulatory sensitivity
  • Demonstrated ability to use data visualization and analytics to tell the data story to the business stakeholders
