About the Role
As part of the development of our Service Residential business in Europe, we are looking for a Marketing Communication Project Manager to support and drive strategic marketing and communication initiatives across the region.
Reporting to the Marketing Business Partner Service & AM, you will play a key role in executing multi-channel marketing plans, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and delivering impactful campaigns aligned with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Planning & Execution
Participate in the definition of annual multi-channel marketing plans for the Service Residential segment in Europe, aligned with regional strategy
Translate strategic marketing directives into actionable local marketing initiatives
Execute integrated marketing plans across European service markets
Project Management & Coordination
Manage assigned marketing projects from briefing to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
Maintain and update the marketing project pipeline, identifying risks and dependencies
Coordinate with country MarComm teams to adapt and deploy campaigns locally
Content & Asset Development
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop campaign assets, including:
Brochures
Videos
Digital content
Event materials
Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and messaging frameworks
Optimize content for target audiences and channels (web, email, social media, events, etc.)
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
Track campaign KPIs and contribute to reporting dashboards in collaboration with the Marketing Excellence team
Provide insights and recommendations to improve future campaign effectiveness

Profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, communication, or project management
Strong understanding of business and commercial challenges
Experience working in an international and matrix environment
Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills
Analytical mindset with performance-driven approach
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Adaptable with strong market awareness
Languages
Fluent English required
French is a plus
German is a plus
