What we offer:

Group Summary:

• 本科及以上学历，供应链管理、物流工程、工业工程、工商管理等相关专业优先。

• 拥有8年以上制造业物流、供应链或精益运营领域工作经验，其中至少3年在区域或集团层面担任管理或高级专家岗位。

• 具有新工厂筹建物流体系搭建或大型物流数字化项目（WMS/TMS/自动化）实施经验者优先。

2. 专业技能

• 精通精益生产与物流改善工具（如VSM、Kanban、拉动系统、看板管理等）。

• 熟悉制造业ERP（如SAP）、WMS、MRP等系统逻辑，具备数据分析与流程优化能力。

• 具备项目管理的系统思维，能够独立领导跨部门、跨工厂的复杂项目。
