Position Summary
Role and Responsibilities
Co-work with Product Marketing and Biz Team to develop and implement customized channel promotions for products. Improve data collection processes and standardize reporting formats across teams.
Analyse sell-through, sell-out, and promotion performance by channel and outlet to identify trends and implement improvement plans.
Manage and coordinate with agency to prepare for FF Salary and billing process for first charge and second charge
Track on the SO data from MCS system, and analyse based on the SO trend
Manage on the agency contract renewal, agency bidding annually
Plan on the field force budget monthly and quarterly and prepare for management approval
Coordinate with agency to conduct the interview and selection and finalization processes of field force for new HC, rotation, or replacement
Time to time work with agency to do field force salary survey from the competitors as well as the market and update in the salary standard approval
Prepare daily, weekly dashboard report on SO (GSCM, MCS (SSK)) and agency app
Conduct and check competitive benchmarking, retail price comparison, competitor’s movement and feedback to Product Marketing and Channel Team.
Identify and implement key KPI metrics for measurement of efficiency and resource allocation.
Work closely with agency to oversee sales force compensation and benefits
Create synergy in Marketing data tracking, store capacity mapping, shops mapping and develop improvement plans.
Ensuring alignment across the channel and marketing on field force needs and marketing initiatives and budget management
Co-work with Channel Team and Retail Marketing Team on shelf share analysis, conduct shelf share audit and recommend improvement plans.
Performs other duties or ad-hoc task as assigned by management /direct supervisor with report Accuracy with deadline without late

Work closely with Field force team to gathering and analyse the information from market and summary report to management every week
Work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, finance, Retail Marketing, and Operations teams to align data insights with business strategies.
Reseller visit with Field force team to understand market situation and verify some information from Market
Manage and develop field force team, ensuring operational excellence, high performance, and consistent delivery of business goals.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales, channel management, trade marketing, or retail operations, preferably in FMCG, consumer electronics, or mobile industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sell-through data, promotion performance, and market insights to develop improvement plans.
Good understanding of channel operations, retail environment, and distributor management.
Experience working with field force teams and external agencies is an advantage.
Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and channel teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis/reporting tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and ensure report accuracy.
Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proactive working attitude.
