In unserem DuPont Werk in Neu-Isenburg bieten wir eine Herausforderung für jemanden mit langjähriger Erfahrung im Cyrel®-Werk als Production Consultant (w/m/d). Die Position ist auf 1 Jahr befristet.

Allgemeine Aufgabenbeschreibung

In dieser Aufgabe beschäftigen Sie sich mit unserem Prozess sowie dessen stetiger Verbesserung und unterstützen das Schichtpersonal sowie die Ingenieure und Führungskräfte bei der Erreichung unserer Unternehmensziele.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

• Unterstützung des Schichtpersonals bei Problemen in allen Bereichen
• Unterstützung der Ingenieursgruppe bei Problemen und Fragen in allen Bereichen
• Unterstützung der Vorgesetzten im Produktionsbetrieb bei Problemen und Fragen in allen Bereichen

Qualifikation und Kompetenzen

• langjährige Erfahrung im Cyrel®-Werk, bevorzugt in der Produktion und/oder als Ingenieur
• Ausgeprägtes Verständnis von und hohe Disziplin für Arbeitssicherheit
• Pragmatische Hands-On Arbeitsweise
• Gute Kommunikation mit Gesprächspartnern auf allen Ebenen

Manufacturing Group

Oversees manufacturing and/or production operations, including assembly, machinery, processing and/or packaging. Sets production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, materials supply, staffing resources and volume required to meet demand and ensure maximum production quantity and quality. Supports, trains and builds the manufacturing line organization to maintain and enhance operations.

Manufacturing Operations

Manufactures sufficient quantities of quality products at or below budgeted production costs to meet market demand. Sets up equipment operation feed, speed and temperature. Follows established procedures for operating manufacturing equipment for tasks such as cutting, punching, forming, drilling, tapping, turning, milling and stamping to fabricate, form or shape manufactured parts, tools or parts assemblies from raw materials. Selects and measures raw materials and parts to specifications to prepare for production processing. Resolves issues related to the organization's production, machinery, processing and/or packaging operations.

Professional with significant knowledge within own discipline and knowledge of related disciplines, completing specialized and/or moderately complex tasks under moderate supervision. May supervise employees, focused on task performance and delivery of specialized processes.

• Requires conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline and developing knowledge of related job disciplines.
• Has developed a detailed understanding of key business drivers through multiple years of experience.
• May supervise or act as a resource for colleagues with less experience. 
• Has the ability to understand and influence.
• Impacts a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team. 
• Begins to work independently with minimal to moderate guidance.
• Analyzes potential solutions to problems (with or without vague/unstructured aspects) using experience, judgment and precedents. 
• Work requires judgment and consideration of future implications beyond the immediate problem.
