Job Duties
- Represents our company in a positive, professional manner in all dealing with Thermo Fisher Scientific customers, both external and internal.
- Own and deliver service commitments and execute on installations, calibrations, preventative maintenance, training, and repairs.
- Responsible for providing services at the site within the agreed conditions; sets the right priorities.
- Report and document of service for internal and customer needs.
- Maintain a high level of customer allegiance by building strong customer relationships and promoting an excellent customer experience.
- Responsible for optimization and accuracy of the provided tools and consignment parts.
- Involved in continuous improvement through our Practical Process Improvement Business System
Keys to Success:
Education
- Diploma or above in Engineering or other related discipline.
Experience
- 0-1 year or above relevant field service work experience, and Fresh graduates are also welcome.
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as an Engineer.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Excellent interpersonal communication, both written and oral, in Chinese and English. Mandarin is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues in difficult and stressful situations.
- Great teammate with a strong desire for success and results-oriented.
- Customer friendliness and professional attitude.
- Have a good electrical or mechanical background for troubleshooting/repair, and problem-solving abilities.
- PC literacy, including MS Office and Outlook.
