Job Description:

Location: Toronto (Onsite)
Duration: Fall (September – December 2026)

Type: Student Full Time

Range: $18.50 - $28.50

We are ready to take this game to the next level and need someone passionate to provide operational and administrative support by managing mail and courier services, maintaining office and kitchen supplies, assisting with office coordination and events, and supporting various activities across the Ancillary Services portfolio.

YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME

Reporting to the Manager Ancillary Services, you will be empowered to:

  • Sort, track, and distribute incoming mail and courier deliveries

  • Assist with preparing and sending outgoing mail and overnight courier shipments, including Canada Post

  • Help maintain office spaces by restocking stationery, office supplies, and kitchen supplies

  • Support the upkeep of shared kitchen areas by replenishing supplies (soap, paper towels, etc.) and keeping spaces tidy

  • Provide backup support for team members during vacation periods

  • Gain exposure to multiple programs by assisting with activities across the Ancillary Services portfolio

  • Build administrative skills by supporting meeting room setups, basic coordination tasks, and internal events

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE GAME

Education & Experience:

  • Education: Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (college or university) with a strong interest in administration, customer service, facilities, or office operations.

  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, office support, retail, hospitality, volunteering, or other roles demonstrating organization, communication, and teamwork skills is considered an asset.

  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office), and a willingness to learn and support a variety of administrative and operational functions.
