Responsibilities:

Own and lead the SEO strategy across key business areas like new languages, products, and more.
Drive organic traffic growth from search engines and new platforms like ChatGPT and Perplexity.
Build scalable processes to earn high-quality backlinks and manage the link-building budget.
Stay up to date with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry changes.
Launch and execute new ideas to grow organic traffic.
Promote SEO best practices across the company and educate teams on its value.
Report monthly on performance and key initiatives to leadership.
Manage relationships with digital PR and link-building agencies.

Qualifications:

3–5 years of in-house SEO experience.
Background in a STEM field.
Strong mix of content, link-building, and technical SEO knowledge.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
Quick to adapt and comfortable with change.
Solid experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Similar Web, Heap).
Able to work independently and collaborate across engineering, content, and marketing teams.
