OTE: €40,000 – €52,000 (70/30 base/variable split)

The Position

Scale Hive in Spain: take the next growth chapter.

Hive is the leading operations platform for independent commerce in Europe. We're already active in Spain with a growing customer base and strong market traction. Now we're entering the next phase: truly scaling and accelerating growth across the Spanish SMB market with a small rockstar team. As a Junior Account Executive for Spain, you will play a key role in expanding Hive's footprint by owning the full sales cycle across inbound and outbound opportunities. You'll work closely with ambitious small and medium e-commerce brands, helping them solve complex operational challenges and scale their logistics with Hive.

Your Impact

  • Own the full sales cycle end-to-end: from inbound and outbound prospecting to closing long-term partnerships with Spanish SMB brands.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with founders, influencers, and operations leaders, deeply understanding their growth challenges and translating them into tailored Hive solutions.
  • Actively contribute to scaling Hive's presence in Spain by refining sales playbooks, ICPs, and go-to-market messaging for the local market.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Operations, and Product to continuously improve lead quality, conversion rates, and overall customer experience.
  • Be part of a core Spanish Growth pod based in our Madrid office, with the opportunity to help shape the future expansion of the team and the setup.

Your Profile

  • Proven B2B Sales experience (>1 year), ideally in SaaS, logistics, e-commerce, or operations, with a track record of consistently hitting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong problem-solver: curious, structured, and able to deeply understand customer challenges and design solutions that create real value.
  • Analytical and structured: you know your sales pipeline and understand what to focus on to win the market and hit your goals.
  • Ambitious with a growth mindset: motivated by high standards, performance environments, feedback, and continuous improvement.
  • Team-oriented: competitive in a healthy way, supportive by nature, and eager to grow together with the people around you.
  • Language skills: fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).

You'll be part of a diverse and international Growth team, collaborating daily with peers in Germany, France, Italy, the UK, and the Netherlands. You'll work with some of Europe's most exciting SMB brands and help shape how modern commerce operations scale across the continent.
