La risorsa ricercata è un* Sales Support Specialist che verrà inserit* all’interno della Direzione Sales a supporto della rete commerciale, occupandosi dei rapporti con i clienti in ottica di nuove acquisizioni.
Principali attività:
Supporto all'attività dei commerciali field (attività di back office e CRM, redazione di offerte, preparazione statistiche e documentazione di vendita, ricerche e analisi legate allo sviluppo commerciale);
Attività di prospecting e profilazione dei clienti, tramite il canale telefonico, in ottica di espansione del portafoglio clienti;
Redazione reportistiche dettagliate sulla propria attività;
Raggiungimento dei target assegnati e monitoraggio dei KPIs.

2-3 anni di esperienza pregressa in ruolo analogo o affine;
Diploma/Laurea Triennale, preferibilmente in ambito economico;
Buona conoscenza nell’utilizzo del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel e PowerPoint
Nice to have: conoscenza di Saleforce
Nice to have: conoscenza della lingua inglese
