Position Summary: The Test Engineer 4 position provides leadership and strategic direction for test engineering functions across major business
divisions within our semiconductor company. This position develops and implements test strategies, governance frameworks, and operational models that
ensure optimal product verification and validation. The role requires exceptional expertise in semiconductor test engineering, leadership skills, and
business acumen to direct test operations while ensuring alignment with broader product and business objectives. The Test Engineer 4 serves as a senior
advisor on complex test matters and leads transformational initiatives to enhance the organization's test capabilities in support of semiconductor product
excellence and business success.

Key Responsibilities:
Test Strategy and Governance (25%): • Develop and implement comprehensive test engineering strategies and governance frameworks aligned with business
objectives • Establish test architectures, methodologies, and performance metrics • Design innovative test solutions to address complex semiconductor
validation challenges • Lead the development of test key performance indicators and quality models • Ensure alignment between test strategies and broader
product and business initiatives
Test Technology Leadership (20%): • Direct test technology selection and implementation for major product divisions • Establish test platforms,
equipment standards, and qualification methodologies • Lead adoption of advanced test technologies and measurement systems • Oversee test architecture
development and infrastructure strategies • Ensure optimal test technology selection for product quality, reliability, and cost objectives
Test Performance and Optimization (15%): • Lead test optimization programs and performance excellence initiatives • Establish advanced test
efficiency methodologies, coverage strategies, and quality frameworks • Direct implementation of statistical test methods and adaptive test approaches
• Develop comprehensive cost of test models and optimization strategies • Drive continuous improvement of test effectiveness, coverage, and efficiency
Test Innovation and Next-Generation Solutions (15%): • Direct test innovation programs and technology advancement initiatives • Establish test
research and development priorities and approaches • Lead implementation of disruptive test technologies and methodologies • Develop next-generation
test capabilities aligned with future product technologies • Drive technological leadership in semiconductor test approaches
Team Leadership and Development (15%): • Lead, manage, and develop a team of test engineering professionals • Establish performance expectations

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field; Master's degree preferred • 8-10 years of progressive
experience in semiconductor test engineering leadership • 3+ years of management experience leading test teams • Advanced knowledge of semiconductor test
methodologies, equipment platforms, and quality frameworks • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing and product development environment required
