What You'll Be Doing

• Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure efficient, safe, and continuous production
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to support reliable operations
• Adjust controls and settings to optimize product quality and throughput
• Follow safety, environmental, and operational procedures at all times
• Communicate clearly with team members to coordinate work and resolve issues

What Are We Looking For

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate industrial or plant equipment
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety
• Mechanical aptitude with the capability to troubleshoot basic issues
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and follow standard operating procedures

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
