Atuar no time Jurídico da WarnerMedia, atendendo diversas áreas de negócios da empresa.

Principais responsabilidades:

• Experiência na área de propriedade intelectual é um diferencial;
• Auxiliar na elaboração, revisão e/ou análise de contratos como contratos de prestação de serviços, aditivos, acordos de confidencialidade, termos de merchandising e autorização de uso de imagem, entre outros, sob a supervisão de advogados do time;
• Apoio na realização de pesquisas de doutrina e jurisprudência;
• Auxiliar na elaboração de planilhas e acompanhamento de demandas;
• Demais providências para auxiliar os advogados da área em projetos e demandas voltadas a operação da empresa, como negociação de contratos, elaboração de notificações, dentre outros.

Qualificações e experiências:

• Cursando Direito a partir do 3º ano (5º semestre), período noturno;
• Inglês intermediário/avançado;
• Conhecimento de Pacote Office;
• Pró ativo;
• Organizado;
• Atento aos detalhes;
• Forte habilidade para comunicação escrita e verbal;

Desejável:

• Capacidade para lidar com diferentes assuntos;
• Goste de escrever;
• Ser estudioso.
