Role and Responsibilities

What will this role involve?

The DTC-IE Division of SEUK are on a mission to make purchasing direct from Samsung the best way to own and experience a Samsung Product. If a customer is purchasing through Samsung.com, we’re looking to make shopping with Samsung a joy – offering the full Samsung range and compelling financial propositions – backed up with the best possible Samsung Service

You could be:

Working in our DTC (Direct to Consumer) Marketing Team: Exploring the digital world of email, website merchandising and search platforms and retrieving and analysing consumer data.

Or you could be supporting Marketing aligned to one of our product categories. Supporting in the end-to-end delivery of plans and campaigns, including the collection, collaboration and distribution of marketing information and assets.

Key Responsibilities


Deliver commercial KPIs for HEA (Home Entertainment & Appliances) through Samsung.com:


• Support the sales plan for HEA through Samsung.com, driving sales revenue, volume and share of business growth.
• Help drive improvement in secondary KPI’s such as: channel sales, traffic, conversion, average order value, forecasting, availability and aged stock.


Deliver a compelling category proposition for HEA through Samsung.com:


• Support promotional planning for HEA products through Samsung.com.
• Support the functioning of sellout platforms (e.g. Trade Up / Loyalty / CUG) and their contribution to sales of HEA products.
• Effective support of Go To Market for HEA products through Samsung.com.
• Support HEA manager with stakeholders within HEA Division to deliver wider Samsung business objectives in line with our own targets.


Support the wider eCommerce team in execution of this plan through Samsung.com and Performance Marketing channels.


• Help complete commercial priorities within the category, and effectively brief agency teams to deliver them.

• Support HEA manager in Merchandising, UX and Performance Marketing, holding them accountable to targets.

• Regularly report against performance targets to ensure sales objectives are being met.


Help drive innovation and web development performance for Samsung.com:


• Assist in the delivery of new web capabilities and functionality enhancements, leading cross-agency projects (UX, design, and frontend dev) to optimise conversion, site speed, and user experience.

What does success look like?


Successful acceleration of the HEA category for DTC by supporting HEA management


• Help establish the HEA category as a competitive and profitable segment within the DTC and HEA business.
• Help build a robust business plan to drive HEA growth, and securing an increase in share of voice for the category through Samsung.com and digital marketing channels.
• Help champion cross-functional team relations to drive accountability and ownership of the HEA business within DTC.


Enhanced customer understanding and experience.
• Delivering a seamless and engaging online shopping experience, resulting in high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Increasing customer retention rates and expanding the customer base through targeted marketing and promotions.


Operational excellence.
• Maintaining high product availability on the site, minimizing stockouts and overstock situations.
• Implementing streamlined reporting processes that support scalability and efficiency.


Data-driven decision making.
• Utilise data and analytics to make informed decisions that optimise sales performance and operational efficiency of the .COM and SHOP websites.
• Implementing a robust reporting system that provides clear insights into key performance metrics
