The Director may have 24-hour accountability. The Director serves as strategic leader to monitor and respond to market changes in advancement of services and programs.

1. Plans, develops, and fosters a culture and practice environment to include excellence in patient care, safety and quality; excellence in evidence based professional practice; teamwork and ownership of clinical practice; and key performance indicator optimization. This also includes maintaining environments with appropriate facilities, supplies, and equipment for the safe, efficient and cost-effective provision of patient care.
