Responsibilities:

• You will lead the Operations Controlling team at the Hückelhoven site
• You will independently analyze the current production controlling processes and be responsible for their further development
• You will actively contribute to budget and forecasting processes
• You will participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
• You will identify cost-saving opportunities in the production area
• You enjoy working with data and continuously develop the data structures, underlying systems, and processes
• You will serve as a sparring partner for site and production management to implement improvements at the plant
• You will maintain close communication with cross-site departments and collaborate closely with other CTT production sites

Qualifications:

• You preferably hold a degree in business administration or a related field

• You have already gained some initial leadership experience

• You have in-depth knowledge of product costing and practical experience in operational controlling

• You are IT-savvy and preferably have prior experience with INTEX, SAP R3, and reporting systems

• You possess the ability to think analytically, interdisciplinary, and conceptually, as well as to act in a results-oriented manner

• You are willing to travel (approximately once a month)
