About the role

The Facility Administrator ensures smooth daily office operations by acting as the first point of contact for employees and visitors, managing reception, meeting rooms, supplies, and correspondence, coordinating service quality, reporting facility issues, and supporting office events and a well‑organized workplace.

Your responsibilities

  • Being first point of contact for Employees, new joiners, guests and landlord representatives

  • Checking service quality such as cleaning, reception, catering

  • Handling reception tasks, book meeting rooms for visitors

  • Ordering and taking care of office supplies, ordering entrance cards

  • Answering and managing the Teams calls (CPH, Stavanger)

  • Managing traditional incoming and outgoing correspondence

  • Welcoming and opening doors to visitors and newcomers

  • Taking care of conference rooms (cleanliness and equipment order) and order in office

  • Reporting maintenance issues and office equipment issues

  • Assisting with office and company events, celebrations

Our requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree

  • Fluent spoken and written English (min. B2/C1)

  • Can-do attitude and proactivity

  • Willingness to take on challenges

  • Willingness to get out of comfort zone

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Highest level of customer service

  • Ability to establish priorities

  • Good command of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Power Point)

  • Service-minded and people-oriented approach
