The ERP Solution Consultant delivers SAP TM solutions by demonstrating advanced ERP business analysis knowledge and an advanced understanding of business processes. Your work will leave a direct impact on our team and business stakeholders.

Description of the area

Key Responsibilities

• Backlog Management: Defining, ordering, and refining Product Backlog items to align with business goals.

• Product Strategy: Support the development of a TM strategy and roadmap to guide development.

• Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with Supply Chain stakeholders to gather feedback, manage expectations, and communicate product updates.

• Development Collaboration: Working with Scrum teams to define, build, and validate product features during sprints.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: Proven experience as a SAP TM Consultant alongside System/Product Owner responsibilities

• Technical Understanding: Strong knowledge of software development processes and technologies.

• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders.

• Analytical Thinking: Ability to turn complex customer needs into clear, actionable requirements.

• Prioritization: High capability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

Education / Experience

• Demonstrated experience independently delivering ERP solutions while fostering effective teamwork and adherence to quality processes.

• Experience making decisions at the product level under guidance and solving a broad range of difficult problems.

• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and accurately report status at the product level.

Technical Skills

• Advanced experience of ERP IT Business Analysis / Consultancy concepts and practices in the area of SAP Transportation Management (TM) including custom developments (Wricefs) and standard configuration (SPRO)

• Understanding and application of tools, principles, concepts, and techniques related to requirements, data, usability, and process analysis.

• Proficiency in integration between SAP Transportation Management and other SAP Modules or products such as SAP Sales and Distribution, SAP Material Management, SAP EWM, SAP GTS.

• Proficient level of business process domain knowledge.
