About the role
We are looking for a driven new business seller to accelerate growth across our digital portfolio.
This quota-carrying sales role is focused on identifying, developing and closing new logo opportunities, with an emphasis on Data, AI and cloud-native transformation services, while also positioning the broader Ensono portfolio where aligned to client needs.
You will be responsible for generating your own pipeline, working in close partnership with our Alliance Director to leverage strategic hyperscaler relationships, and positioning Ensono’s digital capabilities as an entry point to build long-term client relationships.
Managing the full sales lifecycle from lead to close, you will engage both business and technical stakeholders to shape opportunities that deliver measurable business value through enhanced data insight, intelligent automation, modern application architectures and aligned infrastructure or managed services where appropriate.
Success in this role will come from proactive demand generation, strong internal collaboration and consistent conversion of new opportunities into profitable and scalable client engagements.
What you’ll bring to Ensono
- Proven track record of delivering new logo growth in IT services environments.
- Experience selling data platforms, analytics, AI solutions or cloud-native transformation services, with the ability to position broader managed services and infrastructure capabilities where relevant.
- Strong pipeline generation capability including prospecting, networking and opportunity qualification.
- Experience collaborating with alliance and partner teams to align go-to-market strategies.
- Ability to articulate digital transformation value propositions from both a technical and commercial perspective.
- Experience managing the full sales lifecycle from early engagement through to contract close.
- Comfortable engaging both senior business stakeholders and technical leaders.
- Strong commercial acumen in structuring consulting, project and managed service engagements.
- Disciplined forecasting and CRM management.
- High energy, resilient and target-driven with a strong hunter mindset.
