About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimize PPC campaigns across the EMEA region in a fast-paced, international environment. You will play a key role within the Digital Marketing & Revenue Acquisition team, directly impacting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft (Bing) Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and Programmatic platforms
  • Monitor daily performance of EMEA PPC campaigns and implement optimizations
  • Lead Google Shopping campaigns, including optimization, expansion, and feed management
  • Conduct regular account audits to identify growth opportunities
  • Analyze campaign data to generate insights and actionable recommendations
  • Ensure campaign strategies align with broader marketing objectives and brand guidelines
  • Create ad copy and assets using AI tools where applicable
  • Collaborate with the Analytics team to ensure accurate tracking and measurement
  • Report on key KPIs (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA, Conversion Rate) and performance insights
  • Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve targets
  • Stay up to date with PPC best practices, platform updates, and emerging trends
  • Support automation initiatives and AI-driven optimization
  • Contribute to SEO and broader digital strategy discussions
  • Assist in building and optimizing HubSpot landing pages, including A/B testing and CRO

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns (EMEA or international scope preferred)
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Ads
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Experience managing large budgets and multi-country campaigns
  • Experience with landing page tools (HubSpot or similar)
  • High level of English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus
  • Google Ads certification is a plus
  • Agency experience is advantageous but not required

Additional Information

  • Travel: less than 10%
  • Fully remote role
  • Must be eligible to work within the EU
