Position Overview:

We are in search of Account Executives to drive sales initiatives and close sales. As a member of the KnowledgeCity Sales team, you will be engaging with businesses, government agencies, and educational institutions within your designated sales territory within the United States. Employing a consultative sales approach, you’ll delve deep into client accounts to identify challenges that our solutions can effectively address.

Responsibilities: 

  • Utilize strong discovery skills and in-depth product knowledge to understand customer needs and tailor value-based solutions within the US territories.
  • Proactively reach out to new leads to book demos via cold calls.
  • Leverage tools and expertise in sales and marketing to develop a robust multi-channel pipeline.
  • Identify potential clients, nurture leads, and convert them into loyal customers.
  • Maintain meticulous sales records, regularly updating customer details in the CRM.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations to key decision-makers.
  • Highlight product features that directly address customer pain points.
  • Follow up with prospects and push deals through the sales pipeline to close.
  • Drive new business and meet or exceed assigned sales quotas.

Required Experience and Skills: 

  • 3+ years of SaaS sales experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with high-volume cold calls.
  • Proficiency in handling consultative, long-term sales cycles within the US territories.
  • Strong ability to ask probing questions, identify client needs, and secure meetings.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Ability to overcome objections, display persistence, and build value.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to deliver compelling demonstrations to prospects.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize opportunities, overcome obstacles, and drive results.
