Job Title:

Director, HR Technology & Digital AI Transformation

Job Description:

At Entegris, we’re enabling the technologies that power the world’s most advanced industries. Behind that mission is a modern, datadriven people ecosystem—and we’re looking for a senior HR technology leader to help shape its future, and drive AI enabled HR excellence at Entegris.

The new Director, HR Technology & Digital AI Transformation, will serve as a leader for the HR Technology COE, partnering closely with senior leaders to define strategy, solve complex enterprise challenges, and lead innovation across Workday, payroll platforms, analytics, and emerging AI technologies.

If you thrive at the intersection of strategic thinking, stakeholder influence, and cutting‑edge HR technology, this role offers a rare opportunity to shape how HR operates at scale.

What You’ll Do:

Shape Strategy & Influence at the Enterprise Level

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior HR and enterprise leaders on HR Operations, HRIS strategy, risk, controls, and longterm capability roadmaps.

  • Represent HR Operations and HR technology perspectives in complex, highstakes discussions that impact multiple functions and geographies.

  • Define principles and governance models that elevate global HR data integrity, compliance, and operational excellence.

Lead Through Ambiguity & Complexity

  • Own resolution of enterpriseimpacting issues across Workday, payroll, and downstream systems—often with incomplete information and significant complexity.

  • Apply sound judgment, deep expertise, and systems thinking to drive outcomes that balance risk, user experience, and scalability.

Innovate Through AI, Analytics & Emerging Technologies

  • Drive innovative operating models and system enhancements leveraging Workday, analytics, Agentic AI, and emerging HR technologies.

  • Use data, insights, and trends to identify root causes, uncover improvement opportunities, and influence smarter decisionmaking.

  • Partner with crossfunctional teams and external vendors to test, implement, and scale new capabilities globally.

Enable Process Excellence at Scale

  • Design and sustain bestinclass HR operations through clear standards, controls, and continuous improvement routines.

  • Establish quality metrics, service benchmarks, and scalable processes that support longterm growth and audit readiness.

  • Influence leaders and teams across regions to adopt consistent, highquality ways of working.

What Sets You Up for Success:

Strategic & Commercial Mindset

  • You think beyond systems—connecting technology, operating models, and business outcomes.

  • You’re comfortable making decisions that impact multiple functions and enterprise priorities.

Stakeholder Leadership

  • You build strong, credible relationships across HR, Finance, IT, and business leadership.

  • You know how to tailor communication, challenge thinking respectfully, and align diverse stakeholders toward outcomes.

Technology & Data Fluency

  • Strong appreciation for analytics, data governance, and AI‑enabled process design, including emerging Agentic AI capabilities.

  • Passion for leveraging technology to simplify work, improve accuracy, and elevate employee experience.

  • Familiarity with Workday and ability to connect Workday to the broader technology landscape.

What we seek:

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, Management Information Systems, or a related field
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in HR Technology, HRIS, HR Operations, Payroll, IT, or related enterprise environments
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience, preferably leading teams in a matrixed and global environment
  • Ability to travel occasionally, both domestically and internationally
  • Proven experience leading enterprise technology operations strategy, governance, and large-scale transformation initiatives
  • Demonstrated success driving technology-enabled change in complex, global organizations
  • Experience working in a global environment with the flexibility to support stakeholders across multiple regions and time zones, including North America, Europe, and Asia
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders across HR, IT, Finance, and business functions to influence strategy and drive organizational outcomes
  • Experience with Microsoft Co-Pilot a plus
