About the role
As a Sales Executive reporting to VP – FMI Regional Sales, you'll play a critical role in driving Nasdaq's commercial growth across Asia and Southeast Asia for our Market Surveillance business — one of the industry's leading platforms for exchange and regulatory compliance technology.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive regional sales strategy and revenue growth by managing and expanding relationships with exchanges, regulators, and financial infrastructure clients across Asia and SE Asia.
- Build and sustain trusted, long-term relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders at strategic accounts.
- Create demand for Nasdaq's Market Surveillance solutions by raising their profile within the region and proactively engaging at industry events and conferences.
- Conduct regular strategic reviews with client senior management to align their needs with Nasdaq's product and service roadmap.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve client challenges, support new product development, and deliver cohesive account management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of sales or business development experience within the financial markets industry.
- Proven ability to engage and influence C-level executives across complex, long-cycle sales environments.
- Strong client management, communication, and presentation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Willingness to travel frequently and engage with clients across time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Selling Market Surveillance products.
- Experience from being a user of Market Surveillance systems.
- Knowledge in the Crypto Market and Digital Assets space.
- Experience in Selling into Crypto and Digital Asset markets
This position will be located in Hong Kong (or Singapore) and offers a hybrid work environment with a minimum of 3 days per week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
