Your Responsibilities
Design, configuration, and operation of application services on Windows and Linux platforms.
Automation of deployments, updates, and operational processes (e.g. using scripts, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools).
Operation and continuous improvement of monitoring and observability to ensure system stability, performance, and availability.
Delegation and coordination of operational tasks to internal L1 and L2 support teams, as well as collaboration with external service providers when required.
Troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident response.
Documentation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of system and operational processes.
Your Profile
Experience operating applications with hands-on knowledge in Windows, ideally also on Linux systems
Solid knowledge of automation, scripting, and CI/CD (e.g. Bash, Python, PowerShell, Ansible, GitLab).
Basic expertise in SQL.
Experience with monitoring, observability, and logging to ensure system stability and performance.
Analytical and structured working style, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work independently.
Strong communication skills in English (at least B2 level) and enthusiasm for teamwork.
Your German language skills are a plus.
