Job Description

The Kraft Heinz Company is looking for a Culinary & AFH Category Manager to lead the Culinary Category: Tomato Paste, Ready to Cook Sauce, and Vinger & Away from Home channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop an understanding of market, competition, consumers and customers through the analysis of market and consumer research to drive the business and take corrective actions when needed.

  • Partner with Marketing Head in developing Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and identify locally relevant activation initiatives to drive BU agenda and P&L

  • Drives and creates competitive gaps through business efficiency improvements at every step of the value chain.

  • Develop marketing execution plans to drive business growth and meet business targets (Volume & Share) while ensuring maximum effectiveness of execution.

  • Ensures that brand plans are executed on time and flawlessly on-time in full.

  • Ensure consistent brand look and feel across in line with Brand Guideline

  • Monitor brand performance and develop consumer insights through research tools and reporting

  • Leads brand performance tracking & monthly brand audit

  • Lead, align and monitor marketing campaigns from planning to execution while being consistent with brand objectives and JTBD

  • Support annual budgeting, and quarterly forecasting.

  • Lead brand NPD, VE initiatives, and RGM: including idea generation, preparation of business plans, P&L management, and post launch audits.

  • Track NPDS/ innovations and keep close monitoring and take corrective actions when needed.

  • Develop and implement advertising, POS, publicity, and consumer promotion plans.

  • Develop and implement product and packaging updates.

  • Communication and coordination across cross-functional teams including: Brand Build, Sales, Operations,  R&D , PMR, R&D, Procurement, supply chain teams

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration.

  • Brand management experience in FMCG or similar accountabilities

  • 3-5 years in marketing experience

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels across regions and functions.

  • Result driven and consumer oriented.

  • Proactive approach in resolving problems and challenges.

  • Strong leadership skills 

  • Strong project management experience on NPD and creative/advertising

  •  Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
