About the role
Project Manager – CSD
As a Project Manager within the Nasdaq CSD Business Development team, you’ll play a critical role in delivering cross functional projects that support Nasdaq CSD’s business development, regulatory initiatives, and digital transformation.
You’ll thrive in this position if you’re adaptable, collaborative, and solution oriented and an interest in market infrastructure, technology, and digital assets
Key Responsibilities
Lead mid to largescale projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality targets are met
Translate business needs into clear project plans and actionable requirements
Coordinate crossfunctional teams across business, IT, vendors, and external stakeholders
Manage risks, dependencies, and change in a dynamic project landscape
Drive alignment and communication across distributed, international teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or equivalent practical experience
Proven experience as a Project Manager in complex, cross functional environments
Solid understanding of business process analysis and requirements gathering
Strong stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical skills with experience in requirements gathering or business analysis
Clear communicator working in cross functional, matrixed teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in capital markets, post-trade, CSD, or regulated environments
Exposure to digital assets, tokenization, crypto, DLT, AI, or OTC ledger solutions
Background as a Business development expert, Business Analyst, or Product Owner
This position will be located in Tallinn, Estonia, and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment with at least three days per week in the office, subject to change.
