CPS North America plays a pivotal role in supporting our North America Operating Unit (the #1 revenue-generating business within the system).

As our Warehouse Senior Manager you will be responsible to manage inbound and outbound transportation from the CDCs to all of North America's bottling partners plants.  

Key Responsibilities and Job Duties:  

  • Responsible for leading the receiving ingredients, packaging and Finish goods processes as well as ensuring their appropriate storage meeting the Company standards, also is responsible to supply ingredients and packaging timely to ABBP operations to support manufacturing plans.  
  • Manages inbound and outbound transportation from the CDCs to all NA bottling partners, also manages inbound and outbound transportation of ingredients and packaging to the two manufacturing sites ABBP & CRI. Is liaison with the Global Transportation team.  
  • Regularly monitors and reviews mid- and long-term planning volumes (including bulk) to anticipate storage capacity constraints and mitigate them through external warehouses or other initiatives.   
  • Ensures compliance in processes as materials handling, inventory controls, receiving, packaging material incoming Inspection etc, as well as to meet with Kore and CAD requirements.   
  • In partnership with Engineering function ensure the CAPEX projects implementation related to Warehouse.   

Additional Position- Related Activities:  

  • Serve as a member of the CPS NA Planning and Logistics Team and key player to drive the transformation of the new organization as well as the team’s engagement.  
  • Ensure the concentrate and beverage bases are supplied on time and fully, from the CDCs to the bottlers, according to business requirements, Company policies and the objectives of safety, environmental, quality, cost and service established in the CPS NA Business Plan.  
  • Manage international & domestic shipments to support the Perfect Order Rate target achievement.  
  • Ensure the inventory controls routines implementation, such as materials handling, cycle counting, to meet with the inventory accuracy and inventory loses targets, in compliance with financial standards and procedures.  
  • Inspect facilities (ABBP warehouse, ACW, DFW) to assure adherence to safety and operating policies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) using Company policies and procedures.  
  • Establish external storage alternatives to support global inventory policies and optimize material flow and availability for production.  
  • Collaborate with stakeholder groups and Key 3PL’s to build robust routines/Kpi’s to monitor implementation, data accuracy and adherence to new processes related to Track & Trace and other initiatives.  
  • Be the subject Matter Expert of Track & Trace and other key digital platforms as Control Tower, related to Warehouse and Transportation  
  • Develop an E2E perspective focused on the work that matters most, continuous improvement cycles and key processes.  
  • Promotes and supports an effective development of organizational capabilities aligned with CPS NA BP objectives.  
  • Manage resources to support material and production planning in partnership with Operations and Shared Services- Supply Chain areas.  
  • Responsible for ensuring logistics readiness to support any potential BCP or IMCR  
  • Provide information and collaborate with the SC-SS team for the execution of the monthly S&OP, S&OE and other meetings and processes with the bottling system when required.  
  • This role is also responsible for all inbound activities such as import, customs clearance and transportation; while also ensuring export activates, including shipping of finished goods to the bottling plants happens on time and in full all the time.   

 
Education Requirements: 

  • Industrial Engineer, Business Administration, Chemistry Engineer of Foods, or similar graduation. Specialization in Supply Chain or equivalent work experience.  
  • MBA Desirable.  

 
Related Work Experience: 

Desirable Experience 7+ years in the position or similar function as:

  • Production Manager   
  • Warehouse Manager  
  • Transportation Manager  
  • Supply Chain and Logistics Manager  
  • Operations Manager
