Job Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end warehouse and distribution operations managed by appointed third-party logistics partners and distributors.
- Ensure all warehouse and distribution activities fully comply with company standards, quality agreements, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and manage a team of four logistics professionals, ensuring accurate daily transactions and strong operational discipline.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity between third-party operations and internal ERP systems (SAP).
- Conduct regular operational and KPI reviews with logistics partners to drive service excellence and cost efficiency.
- Support contract management activities, including renewals and performance governance with logistics vendors.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across warehousing, distribution, and transportation to enhance customer service and productivity.
- Identify and implement cost optimisation opportunities while ensuring service levels and compliance are not compromised.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience in warehouse and distribution or logistics operations, including people management.
- Hands-on experience working with third-party logistics providers, distributors, or outsourced warehouse models.
- Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems, with a strong focus on data accuracy and transaction integrity.
- Solid understanding of quality, compliance, and audit requirements in warehouse and distribution environments.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence external partners and internal teams.
- Proven ability to manage KPIs, analyse operational performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Open to flexible working arrangements, including occasional Saturday support (with compensatory leave provided).

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.
