TBNR (The Best Never Rest) was founded by the trailblazing Content Creator, Preston Arsement (known widely as PrestonPlayz) in 2012 with his first YouTube channel and has been growing nonstop ever since! As a result, in 2023 TBNR was approved by YouTube as the first Creator-owned MCN (multi channel network). Today our MCN, ‘Fire MCN’ gets an average of 30 million views per day and includes the YouTube channels; PrestonYT, BriannaYT, PrestonPlayz, BriannaPlayz, PrestonReacts, BriannaReacts, Keeley, and Daisy and Poppy.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for a master of video packaging, digital marketing, and audience behavior to join our amazing team to oversee the title and thumbnails process. If you’re obsessed with creating the most clickable content in the world and think you have what it takes to attract a massive audience on YouTube, then we want to hear from you!

The Thumbnail Coordinator will be responsible for guiding the ideation and execution of S-Tier thumbnails, titles, and episode ideas for our suite of gaming YouTube channels. They should have a deep understanding of the YouTube creator landscape, what’s trending, and what makes good, clickable content.

YOUR DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee title and thumbnail concepts for our suite of gaming YouTube channels
• Work alongside the creative team to guide title, thumbnail, and topic selections for each video pitched
• Analyze why viewers click particular titles and thumbnails
• Run competitor analyses to identify trends or market gaps that TBNR can capitalize on
• Identify actionable words, colors, and facial expressions that entice viewers to watch our content
• Manage packaging timelines including creative concepts and deadlines
• Work closely with thumbnail designers and channel teams to fulfill packaging timelines
• Analyze and observe each upload and swap packaging for performance below KPIs
• Supervise and build a team of contractors

REQUIREMENTS

• 1-2 years of experience in YouTube Packaging and Thumbnails
• In depth knowledge of YouTube analytics
• Deep understanding of packaging for content relating to Minecraft and Roblox.
