Our interiors Response center (IRC) in the Philippines is Looking for a qualified Front Line Technical Representative. This customer facing acts as the interface between the customer and our product support engineering teams.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of various factors.
- Document and route technical requests to the appropriate business unit.
- Troubleshoot technical issues using available data.
- Compute and analyze repair data for reporting.
- Coordinate with Product Support Engineering team to resolve customer concerns.
- Analyzes and interprets in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure safety and well being of self and others.
Basic Qualifications:
- Ability to read and interpret 2D and 3D drawings
- Basic understanding of aircraft interior components and layouts
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Ability to read maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and technical specifications.
- Ability to prepare technical reports and documentation
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of ATA Chapters.
Experience with Teamcenter.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
