Overview

The Engineering Manager (Civil & Buildings) will manage all civil, structural, earthworks, drainage, roads, utilities, depot, and building engineering activities associated with the programme.

Your role

Manage civil and buildings engineering delivery across all project phases.
Coordinate technical reviews for earthworks, structures, roads, drainage, buildings, and utilities packages.
Ensure engineering compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client specifications.
Lead coordination between design consultants, contractors, authorities, and operational stakeholders.
Review construction methodologies, temporary works proposals, and technical submittals.
Support interface coordination between civil infrastructure and railway systems packages.
Monitor engineering progress, technical risks, and construction support requirements.
Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities for civil and buildings assets.

About you

Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Minimum 15 years’ experience in civil and buildings engineering delivery.
Experience on rail, transportation, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of structures, geotechnical engineering, utilities, and depot facilities.
Familiarity with design review processes and multidisciplinary coordination.
Strong stakeholder management and technical reporting capability.
Knowledge of Saudi codes and approval processes preferred.
