About the role
This role offers the opportunity to sit at the intersection of private markets investing and client engagement at Vanguard. As a Private Investment Product Manager, you’ll partner closely with internal stakeholders, sales teams, and clients to shape product positioning, inform strategy, and enhance the investor experience. You’ll play a key role in translating market insights and client feedback into impactful content, training, and product improvements that drive long-term business results.
Responsibilities:
Represents Vanguard as a private markets product expert, engaging on market developments and Vanguard products with prospects and clients.
Leverages the client and sales feedback on products in order to assess product health and drive ongoing product improvements and positioning.
Supports the creation of dynamic content used to position Vanguard private investing products and to respond to investor queries.
Creates and facilitates internal training and communications including training on launches and changes to existing products.
Contributes to business line research agendas to enhance client experience and business results.
Stays current on industry, market, product, and competitive trends in the local markets supported.
Develops and maintains key internal stakeholder relationships across the organization.
Qualifications:
Five years related work experience, including three years experience in private investment product management.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
FINRA series 7 and 63 or the ability to acquire the licenses within first three months (Vanguard will provide resources).
