Job Description:
The Senior Project Analyst at UPS Roermond is a customer facing role working within the UPS SCS SPL (Service Parts Logistics) department supporting IT and operational based customer projects.
Your day-to-day responsibilities:
- Working to support a Global UPS SCS SPL customer managing multiple operational, WMS and financial driven project initiatives;
- Develop innovative solutions initiated through both UPS and customer requests to drive positive outcomes and customer experience;
- Analyze commercial, operational, and financial implications of all proposed initiatives;
- Prepare, test, implement and monitor all changes;
- Collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders throughout all projects ensuring alignment with correct UPS functions to drive efficient and effective change management (operations, IT, finance, customer care, program managers and customer);
- Maintaining a “can do” attitude and steering a positive customer perception of UPS through confident communication on all projects;
What you will need:
- Education: A bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain Management;
- Experience: At least 2 years of work experience in supply chain logistics including project management. Proficiency in WMS knowledge is an advantage;
- Knowledge: Competent with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with ability to quickly adapt to and understand operational systems and apps such as WMS and Smartsheet;
- Competencies: Fluent in English (verbal and written), strong analytical skills, confident and comfortable to communicate effectively at various levels within the organization, a driven, open minded and motivated approach to continuous learning;
