Purpose of the role
Join a fast-paced supply team where your planning skills will directly impact patients’ lives through optimizing service levels, inventory and cost. We’re hiring a Supply Network Planner to own monthly demand reviews, build robust supply plans, and coordinate across Global Plan, Production, Quality and Finance to keep product flowing.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain monthly Supply Plans, reflecting customer demand, capacity and material availability.
- Manage stock transfer orders for outbound shipments to global distribution centres and regional distributors.
- Maintain full-year production vs. capacity plans and run scenario planning with Production.
- Be a key player in NPI/change-control projects and update plans accordingly.
- Take ownership to escalate and resolve constraints affecting service level, inventory or cost
- Be the key contact for global supply and inventory questions and provide monthly reserve reports to Finance.
- Prepare inputs for Supply Review and S&OP meetings; track and report Supply Chain KPIs.
- Optimize global and site inventory levels through creating and analyzing KPIs related to inventory management.
- Be the global planning SME for the OVD product portfolio.
Qualifications & Skills
- MSc/MBA preferably in Supply Chain Management or related disciplines.
- 3+ years’ experience in supply planning / production planning (pharma, medtech or FMCG preferred).
- Proficiency in ERP systems and supply planning tools. Experience with specific tools such as SAP and OMP are preferred.
- Experience with S&OP, budget/LBE cycles and scenario planning.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work efficiently across various teams, both locally and globally.
- Project management capabilities to implement initiatives effectively.
- Proactive problem-solver with strong attention to quality and SOP compliance.
