Job Description:

The candidate will be responsible for delivery of overall franchise Contribution, GP and spend analysis. The candidate will support business and drive analytics for the Trauma Franchise, while leading planning cycles and analysis activities in close collaboration with business partners, global finance partners, and the Business Support COE.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis and support for various franchise initiatives.
• Provide financial analysis and support for marketing initiatives.
• Lead the Business Planning process within the franchise, including Annual Business Plan, Forecasts/Updates, and Strategic Planning.
• Manage period-closing activities in partnership with the accounting team, including variance analysis, management reporting, and performance explanations.
• Monitor competition performance and provide business insights.
• Drive cash flow initiatives and improve forecasting predictability.
• Provide timely and proactive feedback on financial implications of business events to key stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures, including WWP, SOX guidelines, and SI MAP closures.

Management Support

• Act as a core Business Partner to the Franchise Lead and franchise leadership team.
• Proactively recommend and implement actions to achieve Business Plan objectives.
• Support the development of franchise strategy and translate it into business planning activities.
• Promote and support a strong compliance culture within the franchise.
• Partner with Strategic Accounts and Government E-Commerce Group.
• Educate and coach franchise team members to support business growth.
• Analyze monthly sales trends and performance drivers by channel and product line, partnering with Sales and Marketing teams to address gaps.
• Support New Product Introductions (NPI) through financial assessments, including ROI, IRR, and cash flow analysis.
• Evaluate Capex proposals and assess business viability.

Qualifications

Preferred Area of Study

• Finance / Accounting
• Chartered Accountant (CA)

Required Experience

• Approximately 3 to 5 years of relevant experience

• Sound knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles and processes.
