Technician - Production

• Perform startup, shutdown and parameter setting of injection moulding machines
• Set and adjust machine settings as per approved process sheet
• Carry out mould changeover with proper safety and accuracy
• Monitor product quality and take corrective actions if defects are found (E.g., Short fill, Flash, Burn mark)
• Continuously monitor cycle time, part quality, machine condition and communicate abnormal conditions to Maintance /engineering team
• Support internal/external audits and implement corrective actions
• Support weekly & Monthly efficiency loss & rej analysis
