What You'll Be Doing

• Operate loader equipment to safely and efficiently move raw and finished materials
• Load customer and company trucks accurately while meeting production demands
• Perform pre-operation inspections and report equipment issues promptly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard area
• Follow all safety procedures and actively promote safe work practices

What Are We Looking For

• Demonstrated capability to safely operate heavy equipment, including front-end loaders
• Strong safety awareness and commitment to following operational guidelines
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an outdoor industrial setting
• Effective communication skills to coordinate yard and loading activities
• Willingness to learn site-specific processes and adapt to daily operational needs

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit for extended periods while operating equipment
• Capability to climb ladders, steps, and equipment access points safely
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Sufficient vision, hearing, and depth perception to operate equipment safely
• Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) for the duration of the work shift

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
