Role & Summary Impact

Join the dynamic Investment team at WPP Media Vietnam as a Digital Investment Executive. This role is critical for ensuring the operational excellence, compliance, and financial integrity of our digital media campaigns. You will be at the heart of our processes, managing contracts, reconciling complex data sets. This is an ideal position for a meticulous, process-driven individual who excels in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contracting & Compliance: Manage the end-to-end contracting process with digital vendors, ensuring all terms are accurately captured and compliant with company and client policies. Maintain a central repository of all agreements and documentation.
  • Data Reconciliation: Perform regular and thorough reconciliation of media booking data against vendor invoices and financial reports. Identify and resolve any billing discrepancies by collaborating with Finance, Client, and Vendor teams.
  • Process Management: Uphold and refine operational processes related to our partners.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on digital investment spend, compliance status, and reconciliation progress. Assist in the development and maintenance of reporting dashboards.
  • Vendor Management: Serve as a key point of contact for vendors regarding contracts, operations, and compliance matters.

Skills & Experience

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an operational, financial, or administrative role, preferably within a media agency or the digital advertising industry.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy are non-negotiable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
  • A proactive and logical approach to problem-solving.

Preferred:

  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Power BI is a significant plus.
  • A foundational understanding of digital media principles.
