REQUISITOS OBRIGATÓRIOS
- Formação: ensino superior em administração, produção ou logística;
- Vivência em indústria em função relacionada a área de atuação, voltado para a área de gerenciamento operacional de armazém, recebimento e expedição.
PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES
- Coordenar atividades e equipes de recebimento, almoxarifado, alimentação e expedição.
- Assegurar o controle das entradas de materiais recebidos dos fornecedores. Acompanhar as entradas e saídas dos materiais enviados para qualidade (IQC). Acompanhar e assegurar a correta rotulagem de todos os materiais.Acompanhar a entrega da DI´s/NF;
- Acompanhar o relatório de divergências de materiais. Liderar as atividades de armazenamento, pagamento e inventário. Realizar backup dos estoques (Sistema) no mínimo duas vezes ao dia. Controlar os estoques de matéria prima, inflamáveis, soldas ou relacionados, e partes e peças;
- Acompanhar as atividades de inventário cíclico. Acompanhar inventário geral. Assegurar que as armazenagens de materiais eletrônicos estejam alocadas em locais dentro dos padrões exigidos. Acompanhar e assegurar o pagamento correto dos materiais do almoxarifado para o supermercado. Acompanhar e assegurar o abastecimento do processo produtivo para não haver interrupções. Liderar as atividades de expedição de produtos acabados de acordo com documentos de Nota Fiscal / DI / Romaneio, etc;
- Responsável pelos indicadores da área.
