Aftersales REParts Monteur/Schlosser (m/w/d)
am Standort Kiel
Ihre Tätigkeit:
- Gebrauchtteile: Reparatur, Instandsetzung, Montage, Demontage, Reinigung, Befundung, Dokumentation, etc. aller Komponenten des REParts Programm
- Neuteile: Montage, Bearbeitung, Dokumentation, Verpackung etc., wie Zylinderköpfe, Pleuelstangen, Kurbelwellen, Düsen
- Bearbeitung von Kunden Aufträge, nach Zeichnung, Arbeitsplan und Absprache
- Zerstörungsfreie Materialuntersuchung wie Magnetpulverprüfung MT2 Level
- Aufbau von Messeinrichtungen zur Untersuchung von Gebrauchten Teilen auf Werkstatt Level
- Mitentwickeln von Prozessen und Arbeitsplätzen
- Verpackung, Konservierung und Transport von fertigen Bauteilen
- Montageeinsätze im geringen Umfang
- Teilnahme an 6Sigma Projekten
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Industriemechaniker / Mechatroniker oder langjährige Berufserfahrung
- Motorenkenntnisse Diesel-, Dual Fuel und Gasmotoren wünschenswert
- MT 2 Ausbildung bzw. Bereitschaft diese Kurzfristig zu erwerben
- Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in neue Techniken und permanente Weiterbildung
- Sicherer Umgang mit Zeichnungen und Stücklisten
- Ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein
- Sicherer Umgang mit Messmitteln und Werkzeugen
- Kran- und Gabelstaplerschein, Führerschein Klasse B
- Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
- Reisebereitschaft
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (18/21 Schichtmodel)
- Stressresistenz und Flexibilität bei sich stetig ändernden Prioritätensetzung
- Kenntnisse in Office 365 (TEAMS, SharePoint, Excel, …)
- Englisch in Wort und Schrift oder Bereitschaft zu erlernen
- Bereitschaft an 6 Sigma Green Belt Ausbildung erwünscht, wenn nicht schon vorhanden
Base Minimum Pay:
€1,551.10
