Role Overview

Executive Programmatic is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization of programmatic advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.

The ideal candidate has a strong interest in digital media buying, data analysis, and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Setup & Execution

  • Assist in setting up programmatic campaigns across DSPs (Demand-Side Platforms).
  • Upload creatives, set targeting parameters, budgets, pacing, and optimization rules.
  • Ensure campaigns go live accurately and on time.
  • Monitor campaign delivery daily to ensure smooth performance.

2. Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Track key performance metrics such as impressions, CTR, CPM, CPC, CPA, and conversions.
  • Identify performance trends and support optimization initiatives.
  • Adjust bids, budgets, targeting, and frequency based on campaign performance.
  • Flag any delivery or tracking issues to the Manager.

3. Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
  • Analyze data to provide insights and improvement recommendations.
  • Ensure reporting accuracy and timely submission to internal teams and clients.
  • Support post-campaign analysis and learning documentation.

4. Coordination & Communication

  • Work closely with internal teams (Planning, Ad Ops, Creative, Analytics).
  • Coordinate with media vendors and platform representatives when necessary.
  • Support Manager in preparing campaign materials for client meetings.

5. Operational & Administrative Support

  • Maintain campaign documentation and trackers.
  • Ensure billing accuracy and alignment with finance processes.
  • Support compliance with platform policies and brand safety guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in digital media / programmatic (internship experience welcome).
  • Basic understanding of programmatic ecosystem and DSP platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with data.
  • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a dynamic agency environment.
