About the role
HackerRank helps companies like NVIDIA, Amazon, and Microsoft hire and upskill the next generation of developers based on skills, not pedigree. Our platform is trusted by over 2,500 of the world’s most innovative companies to build strong engineering teams ready for what’s next.
Software has entered an era where humans and AI build side by side. As this shift accelerates, the definition of strong technical talent is changing. We give companies better ways to identify and invest in next-generation skills.
People at HackerRank care deeply about the impact of their work and sweat the small details so our customers can be wildly successful with products they genuinely love to use. We move with urgency and believe great outcomes come from high standards.
At HackerRank, we're building a world where skills define opportunity. Our revenue organization runs on clean data, reliable tooling, and sharp operational instincts and this role sits at the center of that.
As a Sales Operations Analyst, you'll report to the Revenue Operations Team Lead and play a key supporting role in keeping our GTM engine running smoothly. You'll work closely with sales, marketing and RevOps, executing on established processes, maintaining the integrity of our systems, and helping surface insights that inform how we sell. This is a great fit for someone early in their RevOps career who wants to grow within a function that's actively building something meaningful.

- Maintain documentation for sales processes.
- Assist with cross-functional projects involving Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success.
Data Quality & Hygiene:
- Monitor and maintain data accuracy across Salesforce and the broader GTM tech stack.
- Perform routine audits, identify data hygiene issues.
- Execute data imports, list uploads, and record updates in support of sales and marketing campaigns.
- Help investigate trends and anomalies in sales process data such as: lead conversion, sales activity, forecast and pipeline variances.
Who you are
- 2–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related analytical role.
- Hands-on Salesforce experience — report and dashboard building, data management, and basic admin tasks.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets: formulas, pivot tables, and structured data analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to data accuracy.
- Clear written and verbal communication: you can explain processes and findings simply and effectively.
- Familiarity with GTM tools such as Outreach, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Able to manage your own workload and follow through without heavy oversight.
Even better if you have
- Experience with applying AI tools and automation to sales processes.
- You are a Salesforce Certified Administrator.
- Prior SDR or sales support background.
You will thrive in this role if
- You find satisfaction in making systems work correctly and take data quality personally.
- You enjoy digging into a process or dataset to understand what's really going on beneath the surface.
- You hold yourself to a high bar for accuracy and follow-through.
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $120,000, including a target 10% annual bonus tied to individual and company performance. You will also receive equity (stock options) and a comprehensive package of cash and non-cash benefits.
