Work Schedule:

Onsite – Baguio City, PH

Operating a variety of equipment including CNC Lathes, Mills, Grinders, Drills, EDMs, Hones, and performing laser marking, Fit/Null, and Lap operations. This role involves setting up machines, executing operator-level functions, and ensuring the quality of all work through thorough inspection.

Education & Experience:

Candidates must meet one of the following criteria:

• Completed at least three (3) years of an Engineering course and a General Machine Shop course; or
• Engineering graduate with a minimum of two (2) years of machining experience; or
• Graduate of Mechanical Technology, Electromechanical Technology, Tool and Die Technology, or Industrial Technology (Major in Machine Shop).

Skills & Knowledge Requirements:

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Competency in metrology
• Working knowledge of:
  • Lean Management System
  • Problem-solving and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Quality Production Mindset, aligned with the Moog Quality System

Other Requirements:

Must be willing to have a weekday rest day
