About the role
Responsabilidades:
Material Readiness: Ensure all components and raw materials are available, qualified, and meet specifications before production starts.
Supplier Coordination: Work with Materials team to confirm delivery schedules, quality standards, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Risk Management: Identify potential supply chain risks (delays, shortages, quality issues) and develop mitigation plans.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality teams to align material assurance with product design and production needs.
Continuous Improvement: Monitor material performance during pilot runs and propose improvements for efficiency and reliability.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Experience: 3–7 years in materials management, procurement, or quality assurance, . Skills: Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) Understanding of NPI processes and product lifecycle management Supplier quality management and auditing experience Analytical and problem-solving skills
