About the Role:

L'Oréal is seeking a highly analytical and data-driven individual to join our SAPMENA corporate team as a Data Analyst specializing in influencer marketing and social media performance. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets from various sources to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and provide actionable recommendations to improve go to market strategy. This role requires a deep understanding of social media metrics and the ability to translate complex data into clear, concise narratives for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Measurement & Analysis: Analyze influencer marketing campaign performance, tracking key metrics such as views, engagements and mentions across different platforms and regions within SAPMENA.
  • Social Media Content Analysis: Analyze social media content performance, identifying top-performing content formats, themes, and trends to inform content strategy and optimization.
  • Insights Generation: Providing data-backed insights and recommendations to regional marketing teams.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Create visually compelling reports and dashboards to communicate key findings and insights to stakeholders, including brand teams and senior leadership.
  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to understand best practices and benchmark L'Oréal's performance against competitors in the influencer marketing and social media space.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate closely with regional marketing teams, influencer marketing agencies, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide data-driven support.
