About the role
Overview
We are seeking a skilled Design Engineer (Indoor) to lead the design and development of air-conditioner indoor unit structures. This role will focus on product design, performance validation, and cost optimization to support new model development.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop indoor unit structures (3D models and technical drawings)
Conduct structural testing, analysis, and validation to ensure product performance and reliability
Perform cost analysis and optimization aligned with product targets
Support new product development (NPD) from concept through testing phase
Ensure designs meet engineering standards, quality, and cost requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Minimum 0-3 years of experience in air-conditioner or HVAC structure design
Proficient in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and MS Office
Strong understanding of design, testing, and cost engineering principles
